Brett B. Gibson

Brett Gibson is an experienced criminal attorney with significant jury trial experience. He has won acquittal for clients in major felony and OWI trials. He has handled serious criminal cases in all regions of Indiana and has represented clients in a majority of Indiana counties.

Brett Gibson has extensive experience representing college students in criminal cases, university disciplinary hearings, and expunging criminal records. He has represented college students for more than twenty years including students at Purdue, Indiana, Ball State, IUPUI, Indiana State, and Wabash College. He also represents international students facing immigration consequences from criminal arrests.

In addition to pending criminal cases, Brett Gibson represents clients throughout Indiana in expunging criminal records and seeking to reduce Class D felony and Level 6 felony convictions to misdemeanor status.
